Modernization project
We move one part of your system to AWS and prove it works.

- Infrastructure as code (AWS CDK) and an automated deployment pipeline
- An equivalence test suite built from your current system's real behavior
- Data migration with rehearsals and validation
- A cutover plan with go/no-go criteria and a tested rollback
